Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, Olena Yerko brings a global perspective and a dual Master’s education in Psychology and International Business Management to her role at Phoenix Staff. After working for a decade across the psychology and tourism industries, she found her passion in recruiting — where strategy, intuition, and people skills intersect.
Olena is known for her creativity in candidate sourcing, her proactive mindset, and her love of problem-solving. A strong believer in clear communication, she’s naturally curious and always eager to learn and grow. Outside of work, she’s usually chasing new adventures with her husband and daughter, trying out a new recipe, or planning their next board game night.
