How to Get Started

Log in

Visit https://phoenixstaff.springahead.com/

 

Use the credentials provided in the email from notify@springahead.com

Submit your hours

Enter and submit your hours at the end of each week to ensure timely payroll processing.

 

If you did not work any hours during a given week, please submit 0 hours.

 

Viewing Your Pay Stubs

Pay stubs are available through ADP.

 

How to Access Pay Stubs

Log in

Go to my.adp.com and sign in using the credentials provided during your setup.

 

View or download

Navigate to the “Pay” section to view or download your most recent pay stubs.

 

Accessing Your W-2

Your W-2 will be available through ADP by the end of January for the previous tax year.

How to Find Your W-2:

  1. Log in to your ADP account.
  2. Navigate to the “Tax Statements” section.

Payroll Questions or Updates

If you have questions or need to make changes related to payroll, such as direct deposit updates, tax withholding changes, or pay-related questions, please contact erin@phoenixstaff.com.

Updating Your Personal Information

You can update personal details such as your address or phone number directly in your ADP profile.

 

We also ask that you notify your recruiter or Erin (erin@phoenixstaff.com) if your contact information changes. This helps keep our records up to date.
