Payden Sibson graduated from Colorado State University in 2020. Before moving into recruiting, he worked in logistics and carrier sales, where he built a fast-paced, relationship-driven approach that now shapes how he works with candidates and clients alike.

During his time at Phoenix Staff, Payden has focused on connecting technical talent with opportunities across infrastructure, software engineering, ERP, product, and data roles, working with clients throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and beyond. He’s built a reputation for aligning client requirements with candidate expectations, leading to long-lasting placements.

Outside of work, Payden can usually be found with his fun loving dog Poppy, on the golf course, or cheering on his favorite sports teams!
